Yantai Fu'er Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., located at No. 903 Yongda Street, Fushan District, Yantai City, was established in 2003. As a National High-Tech Enterprise, it integrates R&D, production, and sales to provide customers with fuel injection products for non-road diesel engines and on-road diesel engines that comply with national emissions regulations.

 

   With over 50 years of design and manufacturing experience in the fuel pump and injector industry, and after nearly two decades of continuous development in the diesel engine OEM market, the company has built a solid foundation and unique strengths in all aspects of product design, development, and manufacturing. It has established long-term, stable partnerships and supply relationships with major OEMs such as Weichai Heavy Oil, FAW Xichai, and Yuchai.

 

   The company has consistently adhered to a work philosophy of high standards and a high starting point. It was the first among domestic fuel manufacturing enterprises to introduce the world’s most precise UVA fuel injection component processing production line. As products evolved from mechanical injectors to electronically controlled common-rail systems, the company successively introduced an Italian CIEFFE vacuum heat treatment production line, a German Tellenhaus end-face grinder, a German Barmiller precision grinder, a Swiss Posalux EDM machine, Wuxi Weiyan EDM machines, Kenna extrusion grinding machines from the U.S., Greenhile centerless grinders from Italy, Zygo white-light interferometers from the U.S., Hexagon imaging systems from Qingdao, and Mitutoyo cylindricity gauges from Japan. More than 70% of the company’s precision equipment comes from renowned international manufacturers, with the current equipment having an original value of 180 million yuan. The company also actively collaborates with renowned domestic universities and research institutions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in R&D and production technologies.

After years of development, the company has established R&D and production capabilities for four product series: P-type fuel injectors, common-rail fuel injectors, common-rail injector pairs, and common-rail control piston assemblies. Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 1 million P-type fuel injectors, 20,000 common-rail fuel injector assemblies, 1 million common-rail injector nozzle pairs, and 250,000 common-rail control piston assemblies.
