1. Processing air volume

The treatment air volume refers to the volume of gas purified by the dust removal equipment per unit time, in cubic meters per hour or standard cubic meters per hour.It is one of the most important factors in the design of the bag dust collector.When designing or selecting a cloth bag dust collector according to the air volume, it is generally not possible to make the dust collector operate when the air volume exceeds the specified air volume. Otherwise, the filter bag is easy to clog, the life of the dust removal equipment is shortened, the pressure loss is greatly increased, and the dust removal efficiency is also reduced; however, the air volume cannot be selected too large, otherwise the equipment investment and footprint will be increased.Reasonable treatment air volume is often determined by waste gas treatment equipment manufacturers based on process conditions and experience.

2. Processing temperature

The processing temperature depends on two factors, one factor is the high temperature of the filter material, and the other factor is that the gas temperature must be above the dew point temperature.At present, due to the large selection of glass fiber filter materials, the high temperature can reach 280 degrees Celsius, and temperature-raising measures must be taken for gases below the dew point temperature.
