Problems with three-separation powder separator

After a period of observation and analysis, the following influencing factors were found：

(1) The fixing bolt of the guide blade is broken.This can easily lead to changes in the angle of the blade, which not only affects the quality of the product, but also has the possibility of falling.

(2) The fixed shaft of the guide blade is severely worn and cracks appear locally.

(3) The length of the guide blade is 3680mm, and the blade span is too long, which leads to large vibration during operation and unstable sorting air flow, which affects the sorting efficiency of the powder separator.

(4) The rotor blades, fixing plates and flanges are severely worn, causing the rotor blades to fall off.
